Key to our Education and Social Participation program is providing client-centred, integrated and financially sustainable education and training services. We are seeking a strategic leader who will drive the delivery of programs within assigned Hubs/sites. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, comprising coordinators, teachers, trainers and administrative employees.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership in the delivery of programs
* Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
* Develop and implement streamlined operations
* Align with the Education Strategic Plan
The successful candidate will have a degree in Education, Business, Management or related field and minimum 5 years' experience working with clients to build settlement, employment and/or education readiness. They must also have demonstrated expertise in managing multi-site program delivery, strong knowledge of compliance and quality frameworks, and ability to identify and manage operational risk.
