Human Resources Management Academic Position
The role of the Human Resources Management academic is to enhance the school's capacity in teaching and service leadership in business and human resources management.
* Experience and expertise in developing new skills and competencies, especially in relation to uncertainty and change triggered by emerging technologies, are essential.
* Teaching experience in Defence contexts is highly desirable.
Applications are welcome from people with experience in teaching business and management and human resource management courses. A PhD in a relevant field is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, development, and delivery of human resources management courses;
* Using educational technologies and online delivery methods is also desirable;
* Supporting and inspiring students from diverse backgrounds and supporting student equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in teaching and learning design;
* A PhD in a relevant field;
* Experience using educational technologies and online delivery methods;
