We are seeking a highly skilled Client Liaison Specialist to join our team.

This is an in-office position based in the city.


Responsibilities Include:

1. Collaborate with senior management to service clients and develop proposals
2. Establish regular communication with clients through phone and email
3. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs
4. Resolve client queries and issues
5. Assist with client meetings, events, and other engagement activities
6. Provide regular reports to senior management team.

To succeed in this role you will need exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should also be proactive, willing to learn and adapt quickly, able to manage your time effectively and work calmly under pressure. A strong ability to work autonomously and within a team environment is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating outstanding customer and client contact skills. An intermediate level of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Teams is also required.
