**The Position**
You'll be working in an inclusive and hardworking environment with an opportunity take control of the accounts payable function from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Daily processing of all stock and non-stock related invoices
- Processing a monthly payment run
- Reconciliation of creditor invoices to statement
- Ensuring all reconciling items are resolved
- Managing AP inbox and AP enquiries
- Assisting creditor enquiries
- Processing staff expenses
- Maintain supplier Master files
- Journaling of cash receipts
- Balance Sheet reconciliation
- Month end journal entries
To be considered for this stand out opportunity, you will need the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
- Solid full function Accounts Payable background
- Intermediate Excel
- Cost centre knowledge
- Strong reconciliation skills
- Can-do attitude and passion to make a difference
- Self-starter with exceptional communication skills
