About the Role
We're seeking a reliable and adaptable Administration Officer to join our Drug and Alcohol Clinical Services team, located at Lakeview Assessment and Triage Service – Belmont Hospital.
This part-time opportunity will see you working two days per week alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes administration officers, nurses and allied health professionals.
In this varied and important role, you'll support the team in delivering safe, person-centred care to patients accessing our services.
You'll handle a range of administrative responsibilities including using electronic systems like CHIME, managing appointments and waitlists, and taking minutes during team meetings.
A Typical Day Might Involve
Greeting patients
Coordinating communication around appointments and waitlists
Supporting documentation through accurate meeting minutes
Using digital systems to maintain up-to-date IPM records
Contributing to the overall flow and responsiveness of the service
About You
You are a clear communicator and calm problem-solver who thrives in a team setting.
You're capable of adjusting to changing priorities and bring a patient, compassionate attitude to your work.

An eligibility list will be created for future temporary part-time vacancies.
To be eligible for employment in this position you must be an Australian Citizen, or permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport, or hold an appropriate visa that allows you to live and work in Australia.
Employment of a temporary visa holder will only be offered in line with the conditions and expiry date of your visa.
