The Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist assists with routine administration monitoring and supporting enterprise systems including Active Directory Windows Server virtualization platforms VMware/Hyper-V and related storage and backup environments.
Maintaining service availability aligns with defined SLAs supports incident response and change control processes and contributes to maintaining compliance with digital services policies and frameworks.
Collaboration with regional ICT teams vendors and internal stakeholders ensures reliable system performance prompt resolution of escalated issues and consistent infrastructure standards across all supported sites.
