The program provides a permanent position, structured on-the-job training, guided learning plans, and leadership mentoring. Over two years, you will complete two one-year rotations across various roles and projects.
Join UGL as an Engineering or Accounting Graduate
Engineering Graduates: Are you an ambitious engineering graduate ready to make your mark? Accounting Graduates: UGL is seeking QLD-based final-year accounting students or graduates who completed their degree in 2024. One rotation may involve joining our Utilities business, providing solutions for the power sector, including projects like Western Downs Battery, Genex Kidston Connection, and CopperString 2032. Based in South Brisbane, UGL Finance Graduates will assist with preparing monthly accounts, forecasts, budgets, P&L analysis, reconciling balance sheets, and labour cost reports.
To succeed, candidates should:
