About the Opportunity

The Team Leader Customer Services role requires driving high levels of customer service to internal and external customers while leading a team.

* Motivate and lead a team to deliver customer service, financial support and estate administration.
* Day-to-day leadership includes resourcing, performance management and oversight of quality and timely customer services.
* Provide expert advice and contribute to operational efficiencies through process improvement.
* Identify business growth opportunities and lead change management processes.
* Monitor customer service deliverables and manage compliance within the team.
* Support team development as mentor and coach and drive positive culture.
