Design & Build Recruitment are working with a well-established and national head D&C fitout contractor to secure an experienced Site Manager for a permanent position based in Brisbane.
Our client delivers high-quality office and retail fitout projects ranging from $1 M to $8 M, with a strong pipeline of secured work heading into 2026.
Interviews and commencement scheduled for January 2026.
About The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end on-site delivery of D&C fitout projects, ensuring programs, safety, quality, and budgets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities Include Managing site activities from start to finish
Coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring WHS compliance and site safety
Driving programme outcomes and quality finishes
Working closely with Project Managers and head office About You Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fitout projects
Strong D&C experience across office and/or retail environments
Comfortable running projects in the $1 M–$8 M range
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Brisbane-based or willing to relocate What's On Offer Permanent role with a respected head D&C fitout contractor
