What success looks like in this role:
As a Lead Technical Engineer - Communications Services Officer (formal messaging system), you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for Messaging desktop and server applications, ensuring real-time monitoring of message traffic through Messaging Systems.
Your duties will include:Message actioning and distribution, user account management, and after-hours user training in Messaging applications and manage local accounts to maintain messaging capability.To ensure successful coverage across all regions and time zones, you will work in 3-person shifts across 24/7.
Skills and ExperienceProven experience in a Messaging desktop environment performing message delivery and distribution, and account with military messaging, government messaging, Microsoft Exchange, and enterprise email systems is required.Candidates must demonstrate comprehensive experience across any four essential messaging systems: military messaging, government messaging, Microsoft Exchange, and enterprise email systems.Minimum of 3 years in supporting Messaging support environmentCandidates must currently hold NV2 AGSVA security clearance to be considered for this position.Candidates must be available to work rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage.
