Tax Function Leader Role Summary
We are seeking a Tax Function Leader to elevate our entire tax function from the ground up, ensuring robust tax compliance and driving strategic tax planning.
This role requires leading the end-to-end tax function, managing complex tax obligations, and partnering with internal stakeholders to provide commercially focused tax advice.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record in either a Big 4 or a large corporate environment, ideally within the Energy sector, and proven experience managing a tax function or leading complex tax projects in a sophisticated, multi-entity environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing tax strategies
* Managing tax-related accounting and financial reporting
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA)
