About The Role
The Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operator is a Full-time position, based at our store in Coffs Harbour - NSW. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver exceptional customer service and attain operational excellence within the warehouse.
In This Role You Will
* Provide exceptional customer service for all our customers
* Assist in the day‐to‐day activities within the store
* Manage stock movements and maintenance of stock
* Load trucks with customer orders for distribution while complying with safety requirements
* Unload inbound orders of stock
* Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required
* Ensure documentation, labelling and presentation of product is adhered to
* Perform warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping
* Accompany drivers and assist with two‐man hand unloads when required
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 2.30pm.
About You
* Current forklift license with sufficient experience is essential
* Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved)
* A positive attitude and team‐oriented mindset in a fast‐paced environment
* A strong work ethic and commitment to safety procedures are essential
* Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to build relationships
