The Role
This position covers the full range of commercial property management duties, including:
* Managing a well-maintained portfolio of commercial properties
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Overseeing maintenance, rent reviews, and lease administration
* Conducting inspections and coordinating site visits
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial Property Management (or strong Assistant PM background ready for progression)
* Current WA Property Management Registration
* Current WA Driver’s Licence
* Cirrus8 software experience highly regarded
* Professional, proactive, and career-driven
