We are seeking a detail oriented and organised Compliance and Onboarding Officer to join our team at our Docklands office. Key Responsibilities
* Managing the end-to-end onboarding and accreditation process for brokers.
* Collecting, verifying, and maintaining documentation, including licenses, insurance, background checks.
* Acting as the point of contact between brokers, internal teams, and aggregator partners.
* Maintaining records, dashboards, and reporting on onboarding progress.
* Ensuring broker applications comply with ASIC regulations, the NCCP Act, and aggregator rules.
* Monitoring and enforcing broker compliance.
* Handling regulatory queries and audits.
* Escalating non-compliance or risk issues to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
* Reliable and committed to working from the office.
* Minimum 6-12 months of experience in financial services compliance required.
