At Inspire, we're more than a fitness studio — we're a community. As our
Marketing + Community Manager

, you'll be responsible for driving local engagement, building meaningful partnerships, and supporting our studio through thoughtful marketing and operations.

You'll play a key role in growing our community, bringing the Inspire brand to life both online and offline, and driving strategic, creative initiatives that make a real impact.

A Week in the Life

Your week will be a mix of time on the studio floor — connecting with clients, capturing content, supporting team engagement — and admin time focused on strategy, scheduling, and driving performance through marketing and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing + Community

* Lead and execute Inspire's end-to-end marketing strategy, working closely with the People + Software Manager and leadership team.
* Manage and drive Inspire's social media accounts with engaging, on-brand content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, etc.).
* Collaborate with the team to capture authentic content, maintain a consistent content calendar, and track performance to optimise strategy.
* Manage and optimise Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram, to support lead generation and engagement.
* Ensure all CRM and marketing touchpoints align with brand identity and studio goals.
* Maintain the studio website and write blogs to support campaigns
* Build and manage partnerships with local businesses, corporate groups, and brands with aligned values.
* Plan and lead community events, charity classes, pop-ups and local activations.
* Organise and design merchandise for the studio, when needed

Studio + Admin

* Oversee daily studio operations including facilities, cleanliness, and maintenance logs.
* Drive in-studio sales of memberships, classes, and events through creative campaigns and client engagement.
* Conduct regular studio walkthroughs and ensure everything is running at a high standard.
* Assist with analysing studio attendance and performance metrics to support business targets.
* Support instructor scheduling and coordinate class covers in collaboration with the Scheduling Manager.
* Collaborate with studio leadership on initiatives that improve client experience and team efficiency.

Team + Culture

* Work alongside our instructors and reception team to ensure alignment, energy, and team connection.
* Help drive team engagement through regular check-ins, support, and occasional social initiatives.
* Support our Master Trainers in maintaining team morale, brand alignment, and communication.
* Represent Inspire's values both in the studio and in the broader community as a brand ambassador.

Start date is September 8th

What We're Looking For

* 2+ years experience in a marketing, studio, or team leadership role (ideally within the fitness industry).
* Strong knowledge of social media, Meta Ads, email marketing, and CRM platforms.
* Willingness to work flexible hours — early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required.
* Excellent communication, time management, and organisation skills.
* Proficient in content creation and editing using Canva/ Adobe Suite
* Confident on the studio floor — you love interacting with people and creating positive energy.
* Proactive and able to work autonomously
