Key Assets Australia is a leading provider of foster care and community services. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Foster Carer Recruitment Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children, young people, and families. As a Foster Carer Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring that prospective foster carers receive timely, realistic, and strengths-based information about the recruitment process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and conducting assessments of prospective foster carers, including home visits, risk assessments and associated reporting. They will also support the development and implementation of foster carer recruitment strategies to attract, support and retain carers.
To be successful in this role you must have:
* Experience in administration and customer engagement preferably within the community services sector;
* A relevant qualification in community services or a related field;
* A current driver's license with access to a roadworthy vehicle;
We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills particularly when interacting with diverse groups. You should be able to thrive in fast-paced environment balancing administrative outreach assessment tasks with attention detail.
