Blended Sales Consultant Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in a blended role that combines retail and trade sales expertise.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients across both retail and trade departments. You will work closely with our State Manager QLD/NT to drive growth, strengthen our brand reputation, engage new and existing clients, and celebrate our purpose-driven company and products.
Retail Key Responsibilities:
* Field all Queensland retail enquiries, including providing quotes and following-up actions, via phone, email, and in person.
* Deliver the ultimate customer experience to all Queensland retail clients, including after-sales services.
* Represent the Armadillo brand appropriately at all times.
* Provide considered design and decorating advice to all Queensland retail clients.
* Maintain the Queensland retail enquiry log and the showroom retail sampling process.
* Ensure the showroom is always presented to company standards.
* Provide support to, and collaborate with, national sales team where required.
Trade Key Responsibilities:
1. Service QLD/NT Trade customers where required, via phone, email, and in person.
2. Respond to trade enquiries in a prompt manner and troubleshoot concerns over deliveries or claims in partnership with customer service and operations departments.
3. Generate quotes and convert orders, ensuring effective quote follow-up is prioritised.
4. Assist and support the State Manager in/with:
* The execution of Trade outreach and engagement tactics.
* Hosting in-showroom presentations.
* Managing sample inventory, orders, and loans.

About You
* You must be able to work 3-4 days per week across Wednesday to Saturday. Saturday availability is essential for this position.
* A minimum of 2-3 years of related professional experience within sales or customer service.
* Prior experience in the Architecture and/or Design industry is preferred but not required.
* You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceptional customer service skills to drive our growth.
* You are enthusiastic and forward-thinking, keen to roll up your sleeves and jump straight in.
* You frequently use your initiative to think about new ways to approach tasks. You are a natural problem solver and hold yourself accountable to your responsibilities.
