We are an established, NECA Excellence Award winning electrical and communications contracting company with a continually growing and highly professional team who do a range of jobs at great locations for well-known customers in commercial, strata and government. We have been in business for 20 years and deliver interesting and challenging jobs for clients including EV charging installations, large Switchboard Upgrades, high-end lighting projects, fire systems and data cabling installations.
In this role you will:
* Work closely with the Managing Director and office team.
* Meet clients on site and assess small projects for scope and quotation
* Create quotes for small projects and assist the Estimator with tenders for major projects
* Order and manage materials
* Assist Operations to schedule the teams.
* Have the opportunity to go on site to get electricians started with projects, provide support to the team and ensure proper safety and quality processes are being followed.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and highly capable electrical contracting company based in Sydney's Inner West. This is a new position created due to a high demand from our existing customers and our expansion due to our EV Charging specialist division.
There is some flexibility in work schedule for the right applicant but as a guide it would be ideal for this role to be from 6.30am-3.30pm and a half day RDO off each week (or full RDO each fortnight).

The successful applicant would:
* Have expertise in electrical installation and service
* Have experience in service/job management, leadership of a team, customer service and scheduling
* Ideally you would have experience utilising SimPRO competently
* Experience with Groundplan/Bluebeam, estimating software, CAD would be an advantage, but if you are eager to learn, we are happy to train you.
* Possess a current NSW electrical license, drivers license & white card
* Take pride in performing their work to the highest standards with commitment and motivation
* Be focused on workplace safety, quality and competently managing confidence in their customer service.
* Be a self motivated leader (or budding leader) who will be confident in effectively leading, mentoring and coaching team members as well as interfacing with the management team
* Possessing additional licenses/ competencies such as EWP, ACMA registration, estimating, project management etc would be advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
