Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans based on assessments relevant to your discipline.
* Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.
* Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support individuals to achieve maximal work participation.
* Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
* Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
* AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
* Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
* Commitment to a high level of customer service to clients and customers.
* Willingness to work in the community (must have a driver's license and access to own vehicle).
* Current or able to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
