Description Site Manager – Employment Services MADEC Australia is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a Workforce Australia site in Shepparton, driving performance, compliance, and great participant outcomes. The role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership, performance, and operations of your site, leading a team of Job Coaches and support staff and working closely with the Area Manager and support teams. You will: Lead and develop a high-performing site team Drive strong participant engagement, activity, placements and outcomes Own site performance across 4, 12 and 26-week outcomes and Indigenous outcomes Use data to identify risks and opportunities and lift results Ensure compliance with Workforce Australia contractual and system requirements Oversee quality, audits, and accurate data entry Build strong relationships with local employers, community partners and stakeholders Work closely with Activation, Wellbeing and RTO teams to create pathways to work About you Essential: Experience leading teams in Employment Services or a similar human services environment Understanding of Workforce Australia or comparable contractual frameworks Proven experience managing performance, service delivery and compliance Strong people leadership, coaching and accountability skills Desirable: Experience working with employers and community organisations Experience in high-volume or multi-site service delivery environments Who we are MADEC is a leading not-for-profit with 50 years’ experience supporting individuals and communities experiencing disadvantage.
