Janesce is an Australian, family-owned organic skincare brand with over 30 years of heritage in biodynamic farming, holistic wellbeing, and thoughtful design.
We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer (minimum 3–5 years' experience) to own day-to-day brand execution and campaign delivery across digital, print, and packaging. This is a hands-on role suited to a designer who values consistency, craft, and production accuracy, and who enjoys working within an established brand system.
You will maintain Janesce's visual identity across all channels, deliver campaign assets, and ensure brand standards are upheld across the business. You'll work closely with the Company Director and in partnership with the Marketing Strategist, with clear authority over visual execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and apply the Janesce visual identity across all touchpoints
* Uphold brand guidelines and manage the Brand Identity Kit
* Design and deliver creative assets for campaigns, launches, and education initiatives
* Schedule and coordinate marketing campaign rollouts
* Capture photo and video content for campaigns and social media
* Provide input on social content created by the Marketing Strategist
* Design and prepare packaging assets for new and short-run products
* Manage prepress requirements including file setup, colour, bleed, finishes, and print specs
* Maintain the Janesce website
* Manage creative workflows in Monday
* Maintain organised creative assets and archives
