Based at our Manufacturing Plant at Botany, we are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant & Site Administrator to provide executive support to our Supply Chain Director & IT Director ANZ. In addition to this you will ensures the smooth running of our corporate office in the Manufacturing Plant - a varied and key role in our Botany based operations!**_
Key responsibilities include:_**
- Providing executive level administrative support to both our Supply Chain Director and our Head of IT - this includes diary management and arranging internal & external meetings and travel when required
- General administrative support to our Supply Chain Leadership Team including assistance with raising purchase orders, presentations and catering for meetings
- Management of purchase orders, goods receipting and ordering office equipment and supplies for our Botany corporate office
- Facilities management of our Botany corporate office area (including kitchen and meeting rooms) to ensure a smooth operation, this includes regular contact with our onsite maintenance team and external contractors when required
- Ordering of new employee uniforms for our Operations employees and allocation of lockers in the plant
- Raising requests for new employee IT & desk set-ups

Skills, experience & attributes sought:_**
- Previous experience supporting senior management and managing office facilities in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Excellent administration, coordination & organisation skills, a high attention to detail is a given
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An ability to prioritise tasks and realign as priorities change
- With strong initiative & a pro-active in your approach you will have the ability to work unsupervised
