About the Role
We are seeking an Export Documentation & Customer Service Assistant in Beresfield. In this role, you will manage export documentation, coordinate export sales orders, and support customer service to ensure accurate, compliant, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage export sales orders using the ERP system
* Prepare and coordinate export documentation including health and trade certificates
* Liaise with freight forwarders, transport providers, and overseas stakeholders
* Track and record logistics and export activity to ensure compliance
* Support reporting of export customer complaints and non-conformances
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in Sales Administration or Customer Service
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Confident using ERP systems and Microsoft Office
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
