Emerging Markets Sales Director – BoardOutlook. Global business development role covering South-East Asia and North America. Lead growth for a board performance platform trusted by boards globally. 
Responsibilities 
- Own the opportunity across SE Asia and North America, building new client relationships and establishing BoardOutlook as a trusted partner for boards in these regions. 
- Develop and manage a pipeline; achieve targets in new markets and secure key engagements. 
- Represent BoardOutlook at industry forums and events to raise profile and generate leads. 
- Leverage advocates and consulting firm relationships to accelerate introductions. 
- Provide structured feedback to leadership on local market dynamics to inform strategy and product positioning. 
- In the first 90 days: build and prioritise a pipeline; secure at least ten SQLs; represent the company at events; gather feedback to inform strategy. 
Qualifications 
- 7+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in governance or professional services. 
- A strong network across SE Asia and/or the US/Canada. 
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with Chairs, Directors, and governance professionals. 
- Proven ability to deliver growth in new markets and build trust at senior levels. 
- Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline (HubSpot experience ideal but not required). 
- Flexibility and ambition to thrive in a fast-paced, global startup environment. 
Location 
This is a global role. Our head office is in Melbourne, with a team in London. Base location flexible. Regular international travel is expected. 
Compensation 
Our compensation package for this role is $200k plus super and bonus. ESOP grant available for permanent employees.
