Pharmaceutical Procurement Specialist Role

Responsibilities:

* Address stock shortages by identifying alternative medication sources
* Coordinate inventory management activities to optimize product availability
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding storage and handling of pharmaceuticals
* Coordinate regular checks for expired products
* Collaborate with the finance department on invoice processing
* Effectively manage product recalls and notifications
* Assist in coordinating stock take activities
* Maintain procurement systems and processes
* Provide support to dispensary technicians as needed
