The Role
An opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team. This role can be based in either Adelaide or Perth. You will be driving the surgical business results and coaching and developing the team in both states.
Key aspects of role:
Manage a team of eight experienced and passionate professionals. This includes both Surgical Account Managers and Key Clinical Account Managers across SA/WA/NT
Coach and lead the team to ensure implementation of marketing strategy and KPI achievement.
Ensure talent within the Sales team is recognised and developed.
Network with industry to collaborate and ensure regional representation in the industry.
Empower your team to fulfill their full sales and career potential.
Essential Criteria
Experience in sales management within the healthcare workplace
Ophthalmic background preferred with an understanding of ophthalmic procedures and product technology
Surgical Device success highly regarded
Strong leadership skills
High quality and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong networking and relationship building skills
Track record of achievement of sales targets and coaching a high performing team.
Strong analytical, CRM and PC skills
