We are recruiting a Project Manager to deliver and manage a variety of challenging ICT projects, including infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365, networking, digital transformation and the modern MS stack.
The role focuses on managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and with the expected benefits.

Position-specific tasks and responsibilities
* Accelerate throughput and efficiency of the Projects/Professional Service Team, implementing controls where needed.
* Engage all internal stakeholders (Projects Team, AMs, SMEs) to accurately scope projects.
* Contribute to design and planning during Project Initiation, including task breakdown and Project Timeline/Schedule.
* Act as a central repository for project information, liaising with internal and external stakeholders for updates.
* Maintain working knowledge of technologies and platforms—operating systems, virtualization, cloud, networking, storage, security.
* Ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budgetary constraints.
* Schedule all project meetings—internal updates, client updates, closure meetings—with relevant stakeholders.
* Communicate risks or issues regarding implementation or timeline to the relevant Manager immediately.
* Provide insights and recommendations on how technology can support and improve business operations, demonstrating commercial acumen.
* Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
* Participate in tender processes (design, submission, review).
* Manage large, diverse teams and optimize processes where necessary.
Skills and Experience Required
* Prince2 (Desirable, not essential).
* Minimum 3 years experience as Project Manager, or in program/project support roles, on ICT-related projects (e.g., Office365, end‐user compute, infrastructure/network upgrades/replacements).
* Experience or exposure working within Managed Services / MSP environments.
* Basic understanding of current key business technologies and concepts.
* Strong experience with Project Management tools such as MS Project.
