Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider | Monday to Friday | Ipswich | Temp

We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider located in Ipswich. CBW is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building. The ideal candidate will be mechanically biased (NVQ or C&G) with proven experience in commercial building maintenance. Working with the on-site maintenance team, you will carry out mechanical maintenance tasks. In return, the company offers an hourly rate of £25p/h.
Duties & Responsibilities
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Emergency lighting
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Chillers - Re-set
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.
BMS System - Monitoring (hot & cold)
UPS Systems - Monitoring / Taking readings
Basic Electrical duties
Hours of Work & Contract Duration
Monday to Friday
Start date: 18th August; End date: 31st October
8 am - 5 pm
£25p/h paid via umbrella only
Requirements
Mechanically qualified (C&G, NVQ, etc.)
Proven track record in building maintenance
Good communication skills
Multi-skilled - Mechanical / Electrical
Knowledge of UPS / Generators / Power Distribution / HVAC / HV LV
