Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to maintenance personnel on Komatsu equipment, including fault finding, maintenance, and operating practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-the-job technical support to maintenance personnel on fleet health management
* Assist in fault finding, including major component change outs, maintenance, and operating practices
* Help resolve parts sourcing issues and provide technical information
* Involvement in repair process on local dealer machinery
* Assistance in administration of warranty
* Understanding and forecasting scheduled downtime
* Feedback on service personnel
* Optimisation of machines and machine system monitoring
