Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work across the employee lifecycle, supporting initiatives in performance, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and more.

Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, you'll work across the employee lifecycle, supporting initiatives in performance, employee engagement, recruitment coordination, HR administration, and more.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide generalist HR advice and first-level support to leaders and employees
* Assist with performance and conduct matters, documentation, and case management
* Draft employment contracts, variations, and other employment-related letters
* Coordinate onboarding activities including check-ins at key intervals
* Support WHS incident response, employee wellbeing, and benefits administration
* Respond to day-to-day HR inbox queries and coordinate actions as required
* Assist with drafting position descriptions and supporting internal communications
* Contribute to the delivery of engagement and development initiatives
* Participate in special projects and process improvements
What You'll Bring
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
* At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role
* Sound knowledge of employment legislation including the Fair Work Act and NES
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and build relationships across diverse teams
* Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters
