Responsibilities
Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence
Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs
Deepen the team\'s understanding of child development and early years content
Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework
Work closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice
About Goodstart Orange - Molong Rd

Operating 6:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
Full time position over 5 days on a rotating roster
Active in the community, participating in events and fundraising
A dedicated team of educators including four Early Childhood Teachers

You'll need
Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
