About the Role:
* Develop and manage customer relationships to position Schneider Electric as a trusted partner in industrial automation solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow account revenue through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
* Contribute to national activities for multi-state accounts, driving sales growth and expanding our market share.
* Coordinate customer offers and tenders with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of our industrial automation business.
Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or Electronics, combined with 3-5 years of sales experience in an industrial environment.
* Proven track record in solution selling and account management, with a strong understanding of industrial automation solutions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to customers.
* Familiarity with sales methodologies, including Value Selling, to effectively engage with customers and identify new business opportunities.
