Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Painter operating as a subcontractor to support our maintenance department. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional craftsmanship, professionalism, and the ability to work independently while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Execute interior and exterior painting for residential and commercial properties.
* Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, and priming to ensure optimal finish.
* Apply paints, stains, and coatings using appropriate tools and techniques.
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment in compliance with industry standards.
* Communicate effectively with clients and project supervisors to ensure project objectives are met.

Essential Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional painting.
* Ability to operate as an independent subcontractor.
* Possession of own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation.
* Comprehensive knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application methods.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering superior results.
* Valid ABN

* Current Public Liability Insurance (minimum coverage as per industry standards).
* Compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) regulations.
* Ability to provide Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) where required.

* Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
