**About the role**:
A newly created opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager has arisen within Coles 360. Coles 360 connects with customers when it matters - where they're living and when they're shopping. With a deeper understanding of customer behaviour, we design media solutions that shape to brand objectives and drive measurable impact. We are after an entrepreneurial and innovative Marketing and Communications Manager to join the team to continue to evolve and build the Coles 360 brand in market and within the Coles business.

**What you'll be doing**:
Reporting to the Head of Coles 360, you'll develop and implement best practices and innovative brand marketing and communication strategies for Coles 360 - both externally to the market and internally to the broader Coles business stakeholders. You will be primarily responsible for building the brand of Coles 360 and managing the communications pipeline out to market (via digital assets, content creation and communication/events).
**You'll also**:
- Work cross-functionally to develop and execute both brand marketing and communication plans
- Establish Coles 360 within the industry and amongst industry bodies; delivering materials that promote and grow Coles 360 in the market and contribute to business goals
- Collaborate across the Coles 360 team to deliver industry leading initiatives and share client success stories
**What you bring**:
Tertiary qualified in Advertising/Marketing/Business, you have 7+ years' experience in a Brand Marketing or Communications role; ideally coming from a dynamic business with experience in FMCG, media or B2B (highly desirable).

**You'll also need**:
- Proven experience in internal and external communications, and brand management
- Excellent business writing skills, including creative communications
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise initiatives and deliver against timelines
- Experience managing creative agencies - video, print and digital content
- A flexible approach to work requirements and ad hoc requests.
