Full-Time/Subcontractor Aged Care Physiotherapist – Singleton NSW, Australia
Jasda Care is a leading aged care physiotherapy provider seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist for a Full-time position to work in residential ages care & home & community. In this role, you will engage with residents and multidisciplinary staff to deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions alongside reablement and wellness-focused care. You will support residents to optimise mobility, restore or maintain functional capacity, reduce pain, and promote long-term health, independence and wellbeing.
Visa sponsorship available — Applicants MUST hold full, unrestricted Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) registration and demonstrating strong English communication skills are eligible. We offer sponsorship under Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) and Skilled Work Regional visa (subclass 491) for international candidates. Optional work assignments may be available in Sydney/Central Coast/Newcastle & other regional areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and develop tailored treatment and pain-management plans
• Collaborate with nursing, care, and allied health teams
• Prescribe and trial mobility and assistive equipment
• Lead Wellness & Reablement Programs (strength, balance, independence, recovery)
• Facilitate group exercise and falls-prevention programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support quality improvement
• Ensure compliance with AN-ACC and AHPRA requirements
• Home & community experience
• Provide high-quality client care and support team development
Essential Requirements:
• General AHPRA Physiotherapy Registration
• Minimum 2+ years aged care & home & community physiotherapy experience
• Driver's license and reliable vehicle is mandatory
• Indemnity insurance
• 2025 flu and x3 dose of COVID-19 vaccinations
• National Police Check MUST & NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain)
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Basic–intermediate Excel (including formulas & data analysis)
• Experience in aged care, private practice, or community therapy
