We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a team that delivers a premium restaurant experience inclusive of a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner; a premium bar; in-room dining and conference and events.
Job Description

* Take the reins during service, setting the pace and leading by example

* The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
* Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
* Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a similar leadership role
* An enthusiastic hospo soul, inspiring the Food & Beverage team to provide our patrons with a genuinely unforgettable experience
* Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
* Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
* The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Demonstrated high-quality service standard
