The Role:
This role is office based but will be looking after the South and South Eastern suburbs of up to 200 properties.
Strong focus on owner and tenancy communications and service.
Conducting onsite final inspections and any breach re-inspections.
Build strong relationships with property owners and clients, drive referrals, and expand our network.
Your innovative approach will be rewarded with bonuses.
Prepare reports on property portfolios, compiling statistics and other reporting aspects accurately to IRE standards.
About You
The successful candidate who will join our fast-paced team is someone holding a current WA Property Management Registration with at least 2 years of experience as a residential Property Manager.
Excellent verbal and writen communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Property Tree, Eagle, Tapi, and Inspection Express (desirable).
They will hold a WA Driver's license and have proven experience in multi-faced aspects of property management.
