We are seeking an experienced and collaborative educational leader to join our College as Head of Learning Enhancement and Support.

Your opportunity

Reporting to the Deputy Principal, Curriculum and Innovation, this middle-level leadership role provides strategic and operational leadership across the College's Learning Enhancement and Support programs.

The successful candidate will lead high-quality, inclusive learning practices that support the full and balanced development of each child, working closely with staff, students and families across the College.

* Provide leadership, coordination and communication across Learning Enhancement and Support programs K-12
* Lead the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary Learning Enhancement and Support practices
* Supervise and support Learning Enhancement and Support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture
* Maintain working knowledge of compliance requirements, including reporting
* Contribute to the College's strategic planning, accountability processes and continuous improvement
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers and external stakeholders
* Uphold the College's commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and duty of care in accordance with legislation and College policies

You will be a skilled educational leader with a strong commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing. You will bring strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to lead teams with clarity, care and purpose.

Alignment with, and active support of, the Christian ethos and values of our College.

You will have:

* Significant experience delivering Learning Enhancement and Support programs across multiple year levels
* Strong knowledge of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements
* Demonstrated ability to design, document, implement and evaluate innovative learning programs
* Sound understanding of child and adolescent development and differentiated learning practices
* Highly developed communication and organisational skills
* Commitment to professional learning, reflective practice and contribution to the college community

Qualifications and requirements

* Tertiary qualifications appropriate to teaching
* Provisional or Full Registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities
* Compliance with Child Safety requirements
