Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.
* Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets by fostering strong relationships with key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for partnership growth, analyze market trends, and contribute to business planning using data-driven insights.
* Partner Engagement: Lead the design and delivery of partner programs, leveraging collaborative strategies to attract new customers and improve operational efficiency.
* Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner performance, lead process improvements, and ensure consistent go-to-market activities.
* Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships internally and externally, applying change management strategies to embed initiatives across our national footprint.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* Proven success in delivering business development programs.
* Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to influence and leverage relationships with stakeholders and partners.
