The Role

Your core accountability is to identify, develop and close new business opportunities across the region, in alignment with the company's sales and marketing strategies.

You will proactively prospect across all services lines for Brennan which includes the following: IT Services (Cloud, Infrastructure, Business Apps, Data & AI etc), Voice & Data, Telephony, Hardware Procurement and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities

* Your primary focus will be to drive and close new business opportunities, particularly within the mid-market, enterprise and government sectors.
* You'll be supported by a dedicated customer engagement team who will assist with scheduling alignment calls and generating early-stage interest with new leads.
* While you'll receive a curated list of prospects, success in this role will also depend on your ability to leverage your own network, as well as engage with our partner and vendor ecosystem, to uncover additional opportunities.
* You will use digital channels and social media to execute personalised lead-generation campaigns that build and sustain a healthy sales pipeline.
* Additionally, you will plan and support local marketing initiatives within agreed budgets and timelines, ensuring your individual sales efforts are aligned with broader, coordinated marketing activities.

Skills & Experience You Will Bring

* Extensive experience in IT /Consulting sales, with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Proven ability to engage, influence and present compelling solutions at the C-suite and senior executive levels.
* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex IT and telecommunications solutions across whole-of-business environments.
* A consultative sales approach, focused on deeply understanding client needs and delivering tailored, outcome-based solutions.
* Skilled in managing the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, qualification, solution positioning and successful closing.
* Experience from a Managed Services Provider, Consulting or Service Integrator environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
