This is a temporary role to support the DRIVES users with on-line help desk services. As a Help Desk Officer, you will be part of a team analysing, investigating and resolving system application problems.
High-level technical advice will be provided to various users including Service NSW and other government agencies in a timely and efficient manner.
Excellent technical customer service will be delivered by investigating and analysing errors and anomalies and providing advice on how to navigate these in a challenging high-volume environment.
The ideal candidate will have DRIVES experience and ability to communicate well at all levels to a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external.
Key skills include analysing and investigating issues, and experienced in customer service in a regulatory/technical environment with the ability to interpret and apply legislation.
