The hospital is expanding its services with the soon-to-be-launched Elective Joint Centre, providing opportunities to work with cutting-edge practices in orthopaedic care.About the roleWe are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist who is passionate about improving patient outcomes through safe, effective, and evidence-based medication management.
This pivotal role will see you working closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimise medication use across all stages of hospitalisation—from patient admission through to discharge—ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.About youDemonstrated clinical pharmacy experience, ideally within a hospital setting.Strong commitment to patient-centred care and medication safety.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and service delivery.Enthusiasm for continuous professional development and contribution to quality improvement initiatives.RequirementsProof of eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, Pharmacy.
