Your opportunity:
* Provide outpatient and ambulatory, High Risk Foot Podiatry Services to patients, and support avoidable admissions and community based care.
* Operate as a sole practitioner to coordinate and deliver the Fraser Coast High Risk Foot Clinic utilising high level podiatry services based on current best practice guidelines.
* Collaborate with other podiatry services across Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service.

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $157,360 p.a., comprising salary between $128,169 - $137,918 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.)
