**About the Role** 
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and diligent Administration Assistant to join their expanding team in St Leonards with some flexibility to work remotely from home. This is an estimated 3month temporary assignment, with a strong potential to extend.
Working within the System Information & Analytics Branch, you will be required to provide high quality and efficient administrative support to the entire branch consisting of over 100 employees. This is a fast paced and dynamic team environment
In this rewarding role, you will undertake the following duties; 
- Provide a wide range of administrative support functions to the team 
- Deliver professional customer service 
- Answer enquiries within a timely and accurate manner 
- Complete diary management for the team 
- Schedule and coordinate meetings 
- Preparation of documentation, presentation material and reports 
- Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships 
- Complete financial administrative tasks including purchase orders, invoices, purchasing and vendor management 
- Assist with the management of the Branch's budget 
- Records and database management, ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality 
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives 
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements

**About You** 
To secure this amazing opportunity, you must have the following; 
- Demonstrated Administration or Business Support experience 
- Health or Public Sector experience highly advantageous 
- Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal 
- Proactive and takes initiative 
- A keen interest in data analysis is a bonus! 
- High attention to detail 
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise conflicting deadlines 
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office suite 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
