Salary: Salary is open to discussion but can be from $180,000 to $250,000 DOE, if you are an Accredited Specialist and other factors.

The firm has seen consistent growth and is now seeking a Senior Family Lawyer to take the reins of their Family Law Division—offering an exceptional leadership opportunity within a respected and collaborative environment.
About the position:
Our client is seeking an experienced 10+ PAE Family Lawyer to step into a Senior Associate role and join a dedicated family law team. This is an amazing opportunity for a senior practitioner who enjoys mentoring others, driving business development and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
You'll join a talented family law team including a Junior Lawyer and two Paralegals, managing a high-quality mix of parenting, property, divorce and domestic violence matters. This role offers reasonable billable targets to allow time for business development, team management and strategic input into the firm's future growth.
This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Associate/Special Counsel - Family Lawyer ready to step into a leadership role, or an existing Partner seeking a new challenge with genuine influence and autonomy.
Key Requirements:
* 10+ years PAE in Family Law, with strong leadership experience
* Accreditation is highly desirable
* Proven expertise in property settlements, parenting disputes, divorce, and DV matters
* Ability to lead and mentor junior team members
* Comfortable with business development and client relationship management
* A collaborative and driven mindset
