About Us

The Family Violence Legal Service Aboriginal Corporation (FVLSAC) is a respected Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation providing culturally safe legal and non-legal support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victim-survivors of family and sexual violence across South Australia.

We are entering an exciting phase of organisational growth, expanding our service footprint under the National Access to Justice Partnership (NAJP). New hubs and service sites will be established in Adelaide, Mount Gambier and Murray Bridge, complementing our existing presence in Port Lincoln, Ceduna, and the broader Eyre and Far North regions.

This expansion aims to reach more communities, strengthen access to culturally safe services, and ensure our model of holistic, trauma-informed support is available across the state.

About the Roles

We are seeking a highly capable Project Officer to lead the coordination, planning and implementation of this major service expansion.

Reporting to the CEO, the Project Officer – Expansion and Pilot Implementation will:

* Own and manage the expansion implementation plan, ensuring milestones, timelines and dependencies are met.
* Coordinate operational set-up for new service locations, including systems, IT, infrastructure, staffing, and local engagement.
* Manage the expansion budget, monitor expenditure, and support financial accountability.
* Lead stakeholder engagement activities, updating and implementing a stakeholder engagement plan for each new location.
* Support workforce establishment, including recruitment coordination, onboarding timelines, and liaison with HR and managers.
* Monitor risks and prepare reports to the Service Expansion Team, Board, and Attorney-General's Department.
* Facilitate internal communications, ensuring staff remain well informed of decisions, progress and key milestones.

This is a high-impact role supporting a major organisational transformation with visibility across communities, governments, and the FVLSAC Board.

Why Join FVLSAC?

* Be part of a respected ACCO delivering high-impact change.
