Job Description:
This is a dynamic, purpose-driven role where you will play a key part in supporting the finance operations of an innovative company at the forefront of electric vehicle and battery technology.
As a Management Accountant, you will work closely with senior leaders across finance and operations to help guide strategic decisions and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting and reporting, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
* Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide insightful recommendations on trends and risks
* Support the development and implementation of budgets and forecasts across departments
* Collaborate with internal teams to plan and monitor costs, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
* Assist in the preparation of audit reports, investor documents, and compliance materials
* Maintain and improve financial systems, tools, and internal controls to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* CPA or CA qualified (or currently working toward)
* Experience in management accounting and financial analysis
* Strong Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems, such as Xero and ERP
* High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment
