**The role**
Design, develop and test solutions for solving operational issues, enhancements, and incident response challenges.
**Why the role matters**
- Assist in implementation of build and deployment enhancement pipelines and Proactive identification of business process improvements.
- Undertake business process engineering and assist the business with development of procedures.
- Work with IT, the business and external vendors to develop effective and efficient system solutions for business requirements, while maximising the benefits of Origin Energy's SAP systems.
- Perform Scrummaster tasks such as facilitating scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups and removing impediments to the team's progress.
- Provide governance over the changes deployed to ensure mínimal business disruptions and quality assurance.
**What you will bring**
- A tertiary qualification in business or an equivalent discipline.
- Extensive experience as a Senior Functional Analyst or equivalent supporting SAP S/4HANA.
- Certification in SAP S/4 HANA Finance.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment strategies Comprehensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance Systems processes with a focus on the following - Accounts Payable (including Vendor Invoice Management), Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Banking services, General Ledger, Project Systems, Time sheeting (CATS) and Group Reporting.
- Passionate and interested in ERP in the energy industry and a good understanding of global standards and best practice.
- Strong worked experience in ITIL support processes and Agile delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communications and customer service focus.
- Excellent ability to undertake problem resolution and enhancements using IT procedures based on development lifecycle principles.
- Strong worked experience in Agile processes.
