* Expected salary: $25 - $35 per hour
Altitude 1148 is a contemporary restaurant, café, and function centre offering breathtaking views of the Illawarra. We’re looking for a passionate Kitchen Hand to join our team on a part-time basis (ut to 30 hours per week)
Availability:
* Weekends
* Public holidays
* Friday & Saturday evenings
About You:
* Minimum 1 year experience as a kitchen hand or cook
* Experience with seafood and/or Indian–Pakistani cuisine (highly regarded)
* Strong food-prep and hygiene knowledge
* Calm, professional, and collaborative under pressure
* Well-presented with good communication skills (open kitchen)
* Understanding of WHS and food safety standards
