The Role - think in-house agency:
We're on the lookout for a creative, practical Graphic Designer to join our marketing team, to help bring The Finders Keepers brand to life through captivating visuals that engage, inspire, and connect with our creative community.
You'll be joining a fabulous team of marketing mavens:
* Communications Manager
* Digital and Brand Manager
* Social Media and Audience Lead
* Marketing Campaigns Coordinator
Why this role is important:
As The Finders Keepers grows in 2026, we are looking for an in-house graphic designer to support our multi-channel marketing campaigns and onsite event collateral.
As a key member of the marketing team, this role is a balance between creative ideation and visual application of The Finders Keepers brand.
You'll be responsible for designing eye-catching digital marketing content to complement our campaigns, as well as real-life event assets.
You'll report to the Brand & Digital Manager and work closely with the Communications Manager and Social Media & Audience Lead to ensure our brand is cohesive and consistent across all touchpoints.
What your day looks like:
● You'll be designing assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, digital, print and paid media
● Bring our brand to life across both digital and physical spaces
● Switch between hands-on design and creative ideation, exploring new ways to reach and visually engage our audience.
